LOGCELL Playbook – Phase II

Problem: NAVSUP is looking to create a playbook that can be used to help new participants rapidly understand the power of the LOGCELL with an accompanying communications strategy that will be used to introduce the concept to a wide array of government and industry users.
Benefit: When an organization has all the pertinent information at their fingertips, educated decisions can be made possibly resulting in proper inventory levels, better maintained equipment and a safer working environment.
Solution/Approach: The intent of this initiative is to use the NAVSUP WSS platform to demonstrate how sharing of resources and data in one centralized source and the development of an effective communication plan and playbook to guide key stakeholders can provide better visibility into the supply chain and allow teams to make more focused and executable decisions that will improve their maintenance and sustainment plans.
