The 2020 NCMS Technology Showcase: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility is a rare opportunity to introduce innovative technology to key decision makers and end users. This two-day event held on base offers showcase participants a unique venue where program managers, engineers, and other production and base leadership will converge in one place, creating the ideal networking environment. NCMS Technology Showcases have been featured at DoD maintenance facilities across the US and Japan and are open to government personnel as well as industry exhibitors and representatives.

Please review the list of desired technologies before you register. All registrant abstracts will be evaluated by the host facility for compatibility with listed technology needs. Final determination for attendance will be made by Pearl Harbor Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility. If they determine that your technology does not fit their current needs a full registration refund will be issued.  All decisions will be made as quickly as possible. Thank you for your interest.

Security Items and Processes

Each guest is required to fill out and submit a SECNAV_5512 form.  It can be filled out electronically (recommended) or handwritten in BLACK INK ONLY.  If there is any missing guest information, the form will not be processed.

If guests already have access to the installation because they are; military members, Ret. Military members, CAC holders, etc., they do not need to fill out the SECNAV_5512 form.  Please bring proper identification to the gate with you upon arrival.

Shipping

There is no shipyard shipping option. All demonstration and display materials must be carried on site.  If shipping is required, please contact your hotel for options.

Demonstration Accommodation Alert

Please be aware that this Technology Showcase will take place on multiple levels of Building 2 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.  There will be no elevator access available during this time.  We will make every attempt to place companies with larger/heavier technology on the ground floor, however, plan to limit the size of your technology displays as much as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience.
