The National Center for Manufacturing Sciences joins forces with the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) Commission on Innovation, Competitiveness, and Economic Prosperity (CICEP) to support manufacturing competitiveness
Rebecca Taylor, Senior Vice President for The National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), has been named as an Adviser to the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) Commission on Innovation, Competitiveness, and Economic Prosperity (CICEP). CICEP was created to help education leaders plan, assess, and communicate their institution’s work in local and regional economic development. Recognizing the role of higher education in regional innovation and economic growth, Ms. Taylor’s focus will be building partnerships between APLU member universities and NCMS member companies to promote innovation and economic development.
