Project Announcement: Integrated Product Support (IPS) Management and Analytics – Phase III

The US Department of Defense is partnering with industry and academia on a multiphase CTMA initiative to demonstrate how applied Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies, analytics and/or highly functional and agile support operations can provide effective management solutions for defense and commercial industries. The overall objective is to identify data sectors to lower product support costs, while simultaneously developing capabilities and processes for improving Integrated Product Support (IPS) performance using dashboards and metric data.

Phase III will be focused on:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of the F/A-18 and EA-18G Sustainment Strategy and Execution
  • Providing technical support and subject matter expertise to integrated supply chain management heads up display (ISCM HUD) D-Level Action Team Coordinator
  • Recommending issues to elevate to Senior Leadership Forum when necessary
  • Providing subject matter expertise (SME), analytical support, and technical guidance to various ISCM HUD forums
  • Providing technical guidance on a variety of efforts to support maintenance sustainability
  • Providing robust data analysis to support business decisions
