Meet Adam Korinek New Senior Director of Business Development

Adam Korinek has a long history with the DOD having joined the Army Reserves after high school and received a Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) scholarship to Central Florida University. He trained to pilot both fixed and rotary wing aircraft but chose attack helicopters as his preferred aircraft.

After seven years and multiple deployments, Korinek was ready to tackle something new and became a defense contractor, still taking deployments, but for shorter durations and at his choosing. Korinek used his tactical experience in a surveillance support role and caught the attention of Sierra Nevada Corporation and then KEYW Corporation where he honed his program management and business capture skills. Korinek’s business viewpoint is to develop good relationships and create an environment of flawless performance – to be the benchmark for customers that other companies have to live up to.

“My service experience gives me an acute understanding of our warfighters’ needs,” says Korinek. “I plan to apply that experience to help NCMS benefit our government and industry partners.”

With his aviation experience and his wide network within the DOD and Capitol Hill as well as program management and business capture background, an obvious next step for Korinek was business development. The Senior Director of Business Development role at NCMS was the perfect fit.

“I’m very excited to be taking on this new role,” says Korinek. “I jive well with the team and we’re a good cultural match. It’s so rare to find that kind of perfect fit.”
