The Joint Composite & Advanced Materials Sustainment (JCAMS) Annual Meeting – formerly known as the DoD Advanced Composite Maintainers TIM – is an annual event for government and military officials, industry leaders, manufacturers, engineers, and other technical experts focusing on the manufacturing, tooling, deployment, and repair of advanced composite materials in a defense setting. The 2019 JCAMS Annual Meeting will be held at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in southern Maryland from June 4 to 6, with the tabletop reception taking place on June 4. In addition to a tabletop reception, it will feature a full program of expert presentations and working group sessions.

Join us for the 2019 Joint Composite and Advanced Materials Sustainment (JCAMS) Annual Meeting on 4-6 June 2019 at the River’s Edge Conference Center at Patuxent River NAS in Patuxent River, MD. The 2019 event will feature engaging speeches, interactive working group sessions, and potentially facility tours of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Participants will also have the opportunity to showcase their innovative technology solutions via tabletop displays. The showcase is open to all industry, academia, and government organizations. Your ideas and innovations will drive the next generation of composite maintenance technology and promote design for sustainment in the public and private sectors.
For those interested in providing a relevant presentation at the event, please complete the form on the “Speaking Opportunity” tab. Anyone is permitted to apply (DoD, Industry, Academia, Non-profits, etc.) but we ask that presentations be non-commercial in nature (i.e. they should be academic or informative, not a sales pitch for products and services). NCMS will notify all submitters if their topic has been approved for the event by no later than March 30th.

Exhibitor registration for the 2019 JCAMS Annual Meeting is open. Presenting at the 2019 JCAMS Annual Meeting is an exceptional opportunity to tout your organization’s achievements, current projects, and specialized expertise to a broad cross-section of industry and the defense maintenance community.
The subject matter of displays should be related to composite materials and maintenance. Exhibitors may include interested individuals and organizations, be they governmental, commercial, academic, or nonprofit. All exhibitors are limited to two tabletops per organization. Tabletops will have a tablecloth and typically measure approximately 2.5’x6’. Banner stands, displays, and other presentation equipment are strongly encouraged to enhance your exhibit.
We recommend you ship all exhibit items to and from your hotel as there are no accommodations for shipping to the base. Please carry your materials on base when you arrive.
Power will be provided. We also have spare power strips and extensions cords you can borrow if needed but, since they are first-come-first-serve, we recommend you bring your own to ensure availability.
