We and our colleagues at the World Manufacturing Foundation have assembled an impressive program that we know you will enjoy particularly if you are a manufacturing SME, service provider or Economic Development Office (EDO). Manuvation 4.0 topics presented will be of great value to you in the post Covid era. Please accept this as your invitation to attend.
The WMF-NA event is being held concurrently and in parallel with the 9th annual World Manufacturing Forum in Cernobbio on Lake Como near Milan, Italy. It too is being held virtually. Ten years ago Intelligent Manufacturing Systems International (IMSI) saw the need for a global forum for advanced manufacturing and the technologies of Industry 4.0; with the expressed objective to “Enhance and spread industrial manufacturing culture worldwide”. And as the current World Manufacturing Foundation President, Alberto Ribolla recently said, “create a sense of community.”
In this post-Covid world, we desire that this year’s WMF and expansion to North America, not only grows the reach of the WMF, but also prepares SME based manufacturers and their supporting supply chains with a better understanding of how to adapt and thrive in this new era. The 2020 edition of the World Manufacturing Forum will highlight how, in the attempt to move towards a global economic renaissance, technological innovation is progressing rapidly and AI has become an area of strategic importance and a key driver of resilient economy.
For the WMF-NA event, IMSI has created a scholarship fund with West MEC (Western Maricopa Education Center) to assist and encourage young women to enter the manufacturing workforce. Any donation at check out will be appreciated in support of this scholarship fund.
