All registrants must submit their 5512 base access form no later than close of business Thursday, April 4th to be quickly admitted to FRCSW.

All registrants following 4/4 will be individually responsible for obtaining access for each day on base.  

Attendees who carry an Active CAC or Military ID do not need to complete the 5512.  These ID will need to be presented at the security gate. 

Registration for the 2019 CTMA Partners Meeting and Technology Showcase is open.  Please read the description of ticket types thoroughly before registering.  Registration fees will cover the cost of meals. No day rates provided. Registration cutoff deadline is March 29, 2019.

Base Access

Both the 2019 CTMA Partners Meeting and the Technology Showcase will be held at the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest. This is a secure environment that requires a vetting and clearance process. Please fill out the attached form and send it directly to  DO NOT SEND THIS FORM TO NCMS.

Forms must be sent by Friday, April 5.  All forms must be in by this date or base and event access will be denied.

CAC Holders

While no pre-vetting information needs to be provided, your CAC must be present with you at the gate when gaining access to FRC SW.

CAC holders DO NOT need to complete the provided base access form.

Non-U.S. Citizenship Information

Individuals who have dual citizenship or are foreign nationals will be granted access on a case by case basis. To request access to FRCSW, please contact prior to April 5, 2019, to coordinate.  All Non-U.S. citizens will be under escort while on the property.


Business casual is acceptable for all events.  Steel toes shoes are recommended for the tour though not required.  Closed toed shoes are highly suggested.


Photographs will be taken throughout the CTMA Partners Meeting and NCMS Technology Showcase to be used in social media and future informational and promotional efforts.  If you are unable to be public photography, please notify Jennifer Khoury at
