NCMS will be publishing our annual CTMA magazine. The team at NCMS is excited to offer you a chance to market your technology directly to both DoD decision makers and NCMS member companies.
Circulation and readership of the magazine continues to grow as its reach extends far beyond CTMA meeting attendees and into diverse thrusts of the NCMS network and beyond. Assembling and distributing a world-class annual magazine targeted specifically to the DoD and the maintenance and sustainment industry has given us the opportunity to use the magazine throughout the year at member and partner events. Trim & Color Bleed Instructions
To prevent any unanticipated print results please abide by the following.
- Keep all text at least 1/4” from trim on each side
- Add 1/8” bleed on each side
- CMYK format
- 266 dpi minimum
- Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher Adobe PDF setting PDF/X-1a:2001. Include crop marks and bleed
- Adobe InDesign (.indd): Include all fonts/link images and compress into ZIP folder.
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) is preferred, be sure to embed all images and create font outlines.
- Adobe Photoshop (.eps, .tif or pdf)

For companies using the “w/ Art Support” option please provide all art assets as soon as possible. Ads will be made available for review and need to be approved on March 3rd. Companies who are providing their own advertisements need to do so by March 8th.
