Small Business Assistance through CARES Act

From NCDMM

You have likely heard that Congress recently passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. There will soon be programs and initiatives intended to assist business owners with many urgent needs they are facing during this crisis. Once implemented, there will be many new resources available for small businesses, as well as certain non-profits and other employers.

These programs will be implemented by the Small Business Administration (SBA) within the next week. NCDMM wants to be sure you and your organization are informed of these assistance programs. We also understand this is time-sensitive and critical to ensure our national supply chain is preserved.

In addition, The National Defense Industrial Association has created a short survey for all small businesses in the defense supply chain impacted by the COVID-19 virus.  Survey results will be briefed to senior acquisition leaders. Please share this survey with any small business engaged in defense work. They DO NOT have to be NDIA members.
