Project Announcement: Supply Chain Diversification and Resilience to Reduce Maintenance Down Time for Spare Parts

The U.S. Army is partnering with industry and academia to develop, pilot, and demonstrate a common process and set of tools to diversify the supply chain associated with a subset of critical parts impacting the maintenance, sustainment, and readiness issues of some of the Army’s ground combat vehicle systems. The government will work closely with industry partners to leverage commercial technologies and processes to rapidly identify critical supply chain issues for electronic and mechanical parts impacting system readiness.
