Project Announcement: Ship Repair and Maintenance Innovation

The U.S. Navy seeks support in evaluating the use of a range of maintenance technologies at the Naval Ship Repair Facility in Yokosuka, Japan. These technologies fall into a range of domains, including metrology, viscometry, human augmentation and magnetic mounts, wiring inspection, and metal parts fabrication. The repair facility in Yokosuka is part of the the largest overseas U.S. Naval installation and is responsible for maintenance of the entire 7th Fleet.
