Project Announcement: Improved Robustness of Crash Avoidance System Sensors to Reduce Maintenance and Repair Costs

The U.S. Army is partnering with industry and academia to evaluate and advance ruggedness in sensors that integrate with the fire suppression system in tactical vehicles. The aim is to ensure the technology performs in harsh environments thereby increasing safety and performance and decreasing maintenance and repair costs.
