Project Announcement: Exploration of Novel Technologies to Reduce Lifecycle Maintenance Costs – Phase V
The US Army is partnering with industry and academia on a multi-phase CTMA initiative to develop the advanced manufacturing process and capability to apply advanced cold spray coatings to parts with confined spaces. The focus of this phase will be to perform additional workpiece sprays to determine the ideal combination of cold spray process parameters for yielding consistent, high-quality coatings.
