The U.S. Navy seeks support in identifying ways to integrate CBM+ and RCM data to proactive identify performance degradation and optimize preventative maintenance processes. Maintenance personnel currently perform RCM analysis through traditional methods, limiting their ability to analyze large amounts of data generated by modern aircraft (e.g., flight parameters, temperature, vibration, fatigue, etc.). This project will help the Navy close the Ready Basic Aircraft (RBA) gap for naval aircraft availability by decreasing the incidence of technical problems that render aircraft non-mission-ready.
Those interested in participating in this initiative should contact Debra Lilu at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (734) 262-0758 by September 14, 2018. We encourage participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs).
