Project Announcement: Development of Computer-Based Training for Maintenance and Sustainment Phase IV

The U.S. Marine Corps is partnering with industry and academia in an on-going project that pilots a Just-In-Time Learning (JITL) model available online 24/7 via a secure network that offers high-quality training, specifically tailored to smaller segments of job tasks. Phase IV will establish the sustainment routines and methodology with lessons learned from Initial Cut Over Training and develop a new methodology to apply to “Trailing –and Emerging User Groups” that were generated by new functionality enabled with the R12 Upgrade.
