Project Announcement: Counternarcotics and Global Threat Mission Readiness System

The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Global Threats looks to improve Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and federal agencies’ abilities to access Army Reserve Component (RC) capabilities and to streamline military support for Department of Defense (DoD) approved counterdrug missions. The Office is interested in enhancing available mission analysis, planning tools, and financial tracking for DoD counterdrug missions, following an agile development process.

The adoption of the existing mission readiness system will improve real-time information awareness, sharing of mission and financial data with state and federal partners, and the availability of support to address priority counterdrug challenges. An enterprise platform would be particularly useful in situations where planners must design capability packages in response to counterdrug requirements to assist federal, state, local, and foreign agencies in protecting the public.

Those interested in participating in this project should contact Lisa Stobierski  by April 14, 2018. We encourage participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs).
