To support all Manufacturers: Software, Hardware, and Services to implement Digitalization & Automation to rapidly model and increase throughput Production lines, facilities, supporting logistics. Also rapid replication of Production lines in same or other facilities. Tagging as RRL6 as Siemens enables Production line throughput, expansion and/or replication to be significantly accelerated to RRL 8/9. Example of emergency response: Siemens Engineers were able in 26 hours to assist a Medical Masks manufacturer (Wenjianlikang in Chengdu, China) by partnering closely and applying Siemens Software, Hardware, and Services expertise to achieve a result of increasing production from 10,000 masks per day (06 Feb 2020) to 50,000 masks per day (08 Feb 2020). Siemens is actively reaching out to, and partnering with, our U.S. Government, Medical and Pharma manufacturing customers (and other Industries supporting them including Automotive, Industrial, Microelectronics, Safety, Transportation, etc.) across the U.S. to provide similar assistance for Medical and Pharma companies, the U.S. Government (e.g., DoD, Army Corp of Engineers, FDA, FEMA).
