NCMS Welcomes Three New Staff Members

NCMS is glad to welcome three new additions to the team, Cosima Boswell-Koller, Jennifer Khoury, and Eleanor Shelton! Coming from diverse backgrounds and each supporting different aspects of NCMS’ work, their arrival will be a major help as NCMS continues to grow its portfolio of projects and initiatives. We’re excited to have them on board!

Cosima Boswell-Koller, PhD joins NCMS as a Senior Project Manager. She comes to us from NAVAIR Patuxent River, where she has worked in the Materials Division for the past three years as part of the Acquisitions team and the Science and Technology lead. Cosima holds a doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Growing up in an Army family, she has also previously lived in Germany.

Jennifer Khoury comes onboard as NCMS’ newest Project Administrator. Jennifer worked in retail management for the past 14 years; she has expressed excitement at being able to spend Thanksgiving with her family again. Jennifer will be providing the team with a much-needed boost on the event coordination front. Outside of work, she is fan of anything to do with space, sunshine, pools, and live music and has also previously worked as a dance instructor.

Eleanor Shelton joins NCMS as a Program Coordinator, primarily supporting the CTMA Program. As a contractor, she contributed to the production of NCMS’ 2018 CTMA Magazine and has previously worked in higher education marketing for both Washtenaw Community College and the University of Michigan. Holding a master’s in English, Eleanor also writes fiction; she has had pieces published in several literary journals and a novel out on submission.
