Development of C2RAM-Next; Transforming Resource Allocation Management – Phase II

Problem: Under the sponsorship of MARFORCOM and the direction of Headquarters Marine Corps, C4, and JS J4, JEDI C2RAM-Next will undertake to streamline the data gathering effort by incorporating JEDI activities that ease system to system data exchange and unburden data owners.

Benefit: Armed with a C2RAM-Next type of capability, companies will be able to model and simulate optimal workforce training and education opportunities to maximize the effectiveness of their workforce.

Solution/Approach: Phase II is to harness the current success activities of the JEDI initiative with the benefits of C2RAM-Next and exploit the synergies in getting the right data to the right decision makers at the right time. To accomplish this the project will attempt to demonstrate integration of industry and commercial tools for the development of an application that supports budgeting and resourcing of military exercises as well as return on investment of logistical planning and deployment.
