Institute for Defense Analyses: Program Management Benchmarking Survey
NCMS and the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) are conducting an industry benchmarking study on the topic of retention, training, and qualifications of Lead Program/Project Managers (LPMs) for the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition).
Please take a short survey concerning the direction of the civilian program management workforce within the DoD.
