ORBIS has been supporting numerous DoD programs providing full life-cycle engineering and logistics support for both acquisition and in-service programs for over 20 years. • IT Network and System Administration, Help Desk and Desktop Support Unique for a business of our size, we operate a Research and Development Laboratory (ORBIS Labs) in Charleston, SC.
This group of engineers and technicians develops and integrates products for both commercial and DOD customers. We have a well-integrated engineering staff that specializes in electronic and mechanical equipment design, development, implementation, and warranty support. Our technical staff is comprised of electrical and mechanical engineers with expertise in towed systems, data acquisition and control systems, and automated test engineering applications. They have experience with a variety of different markets such as defense, light rail transit, automotive, light and heavy manufacturing, aerospace, and biomedical.
