The 2020 NCMS Technology Showcase Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is a great opportunity to introduce innovative technology to key decision makers and end users. This event, held in the Kitsap Conference Center, offers showcase participants a unique venue where program managers, engineers, and other production and base leadership will converge in one place, creating the ideal networking environment. NCMS Technology Showcases have been featured at DOD maintenance facilities across the U.S. and Japan and are open to government personnel as well as industry exhibitors and representatives.

Exhibitor Information

Online Directory: As a part of exhibitor registration, you are required to submit company and technical abstracts. To make a lasting impact, be sure to complete this package by submitting your logo and quad chart to eventsupport@ncms.org to by July 6th.

This will be a great opportunity for the end users to get hands-on experience with your technology. To provide the most impact,  actual demonstrations of capabilities when applicable are highly encouraged.

Shipping

Equipment can not arrive earlier than 24 hours prior to Monday, August 3rd.  Any shipments sent before this time will not be received.

Set Up

Exhibitor setup will be on Monday, August 3rd. Exact timeframe is still TBD. Please check back often for most current information.

Parking and Loading

Kitsap Conference Center:  $5 for 10 hours
Hampton Inn:  $7 for 24 hours for those who stay there.

The conference center does have a short term loading and unloading dock located in the loop near the Bremerton Ferry Terminal.
