Participate in the 2-day exhibition session to interface with Portsmouth Naval Shipyard maintenance and sustainment personnel.
As a unique and rare opportunity, this event will also allow for scheduled 30 minute demonstration periods with the shipyard’s technical team. Those who would like to participate will need to check a box on the registration form so they can be assigned a time on the presentation schedule. They will be notified of their time slot following registration completion, and are encouraged to promote their scheduled demo time in their exhibition space.

Portsmouth wants innovative solutions to key maintenance areas
As part of the shipyard modernization effort, NCMS is partnering with the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, on an NCMS Technology Showcase that will concentrate on a select number of maintenance focus areas to include:

Exhibitor Information
- The Technology Showcase will be located outdoors. This space is open to the shipyard public throughout the day and overnight. Please plan to take your valuables with you each evening.
- Exhibitors will be required to provide their own 10×10 standard “ez up” style canopy. Canopy will need to be shipped to your hotel, not to the shipyard. View example
- The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and NCMS shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged
- There is no direct shipping option. All demonstration and display materials must be carried on site. We recommend shipping directly to your hotel. Please call your hotel to inquire about any shipping and handling fees.
- Bring two forms of I.D. with you to the event location. We recommend your driver’s license and passport.
- Online Directory: As a part of exhibitor registration, you are required to submit company and technical abstracts. To make a lasting impact, be sure to complete this package by submitting your logo and quad chart to eventsupport@ncms.org .
- This will be a great opportunity for the end users to get hands-on experience with your technology. To provide the most impact, actual demonstrations of capabilities when applicable are highly encouraged.

Following your registration, NCMS Staff will contact you with additional information on base access. A 5512 form must be completed and submitted prior to gaining access to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. If you have any questions, please contact eventsupport@ncms.org
In addition, two forms of identification and proof of full vaccination need to be provided by each registrant U.S. citizen when entering Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Only U.S. citizens with proper identification will be allowed on base.

COVID-19 Health and Safety
All industry partners shall be fully vaccinated (a person that has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines. At this time boosters are not a requirement, boosters may become a requirement by the time of the event.) prior to attending the NCMS Technology Showcase: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and bring credentials to validate vaccination. Failure to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result in the last 72 hours is grounds for refusal of admittance to the base. All participants must comply with Federal Facilities COVID-19 vaccination and masking policies. Once your completed registration form is received, NCMS will provide information about the vaccination verification protocol. Proof of vaccination in the form of a vaccination card must be available and on your person at all times while on base. By submitting this application for attendance, you are agreeing to the above terms and statements.
In an effort to reduce the exchange of personal information, proof of vaccination will be verified via an application; instructions will be emailed upon registration. NCMS will not retain or share any personal information provided through the verification; Portsmouth Naval Shipyard will be provided only with the confirmation that the parties have been vaccinated.
