Repair, Overhaul and Redesign of Avionics and Electronic Systems for the DOD

Artemis Electronics specializes in repair, overhaul, redesign and short run manufacturing of legacy avionics and electronics for fighter jets, rotary wing, tankers, missile systems and ground vehicles. Included in the repair and overhaul capabilities is the ability to overhaul legacy avionics and electronics that are facing DMSMS and Obsolescence issues that the OEM will not support and is often deemed beyond economical repair by DLA. We achieve this by using our reverse engineering and build to print capabilities. Artemis can build to print LRU’s, Circuit Card assemblies, test equipment, and complex wiring harnesses and cable assemblies. Our unique non destructive method of reverse engineering circuit cards with the “Pinpoint II” process, allows us to create a full set of schematics, test procedures and documents that will enable us to ultimately build to print circuit cards that may or may not have any OEM support or technical data to assist our efforts. Our manufacturing department adheres to and is certified in IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711C/7721C, and IPC J-STD-001 standards. Artemis is an AS9100D and ISO:9001-2015 certified company. We stand by all of our work with a 1 year manufacturing and overhaul/repair warranty.
