Brain Drain
|
 |
All the good-intentioned efforts
to bring digital, smart
manufacturing to America’s
companies may come to nothing if
there aren’t people who know how
to capitalize on that stuff. We
need to train the workforce
that’s available (read:
unemployed) right now, and we
need to invest heavily in a
decade-plus educational
initiative that brings
prominence back to skilled
trades.
