The NCMS Technology Roadmapping Initiative helps companies answer critical “why, what, how and when” questions related to their manufacturing strategy, allowing them to formulate their strategic plan using a more comprehensive and thoughtful approach.
Our methodology was developed through a collaborative project with IBM, Lucent Technologies, GM, Ford, Motorola, Kellogg’s, Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola, Siemens-Westinghouse, Baxter Healthcare and Roche. The project was concerned with technology management issues, and from the lessons learned in that project NCMS was able to provide a comprehensive roadmapping package to clients in need of strategic planning aid. Our solution is designed to aid any company hoping to smoothly integrate their manufacturing technology strategic plan with the overall corporate business plan, thus eliminating gaps or overlaps.
