NCMS was one of the pioneers of electronic education. It started in the mid-1990s with a collaborative R&D project looking into laserdisc and satellite delivery for training. Since then, the Educational Services group within NCMS has been at the forefront of advanced training development, producing targeted, engaging education that works.
Training (and e-Learning especially) doesn’t work if it’s boring or ugly. Unfortunately, a lot of it is. At NCMS we take advantage of award-winning artists and animators, simulation developers, and internationally recognized experts in cognitive theory to produce training that’s slick, cool, fun, and easy to absorb.
It’s also easy on the pocketbook. Great training does not have to be expensive to be effective, and Educational Services can scale its development to suit your needs and budget. From professionally designed and narrated learning modules to cutting edge games-based simulations, we work closely with you to develop what you need at the cost you can manage.

To us, making great training is all about understanding who’s being trained. What works in one setting may not work in another, so we always profile learners to get a feel for what they’ll respond to. Learning can – and should – be fun. Even learning about really boring stuff can be fun. Trust us on this.
