Please join us on September 30th, 2010 as we unveil an exciting new strategy to help American manufacturers compete globally by harnessing advanced computing in an accessible, affordable way.
The National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) along with its partners in the Alliance for High-Performance Digital Manufacturing (AHPDM), have developed a strategy to leverage the awesome power of high-performance computing for the estimated 300,000 small and medium-sized manufacturers in the United States. Once available only to universities and national labs, access to this technology has been called a “game changer on the level of the assembly line,” and will drive the manufacturing of the 21st Century.
Representatives from NCMS and Intersect360 Research will unveil a comprehensive feasibility study on the application of high-performance computing to manufacturing, and define an exciting strategy to bring it to American businesses of all sizes.
The event, co-sponsored by AHPDM members Microsoft and Intel, will include speakers from Ace Clearwater Enterprises, General Electric and various Government representatives.
Event begins at 1:00pm ET
