Dear NCMS Members,

The list of speakers making presentations at the 2010 AMT/NCMS Manufacturing Technology Forum just keeps getting better. Joining the agenda are Mr. Jeffrey Walker, Supervisory General Engineer for the U.S. Department of Energy Industrial Technologies program, and Jim Dolle, Technology Leader-Metalworking & Manufacturing, GE Aviation.

In addition, the early-bird registration deadline has been extended until February 26. Register now before prices increase!

More Efficiency, More Business

Mr. Walker will be sharing insight into DoE's "Save Energy Now" program, an initiative aimed at saving 25% "energy intensity" in 10 years.

Mr. Dolle will discuss GE Aviation's plan to expand their use of the MTConnect standard and the benefits that the company has seen from its MTConnect pilot program. In this pilot program, the company has been able to remotely identify equipment problems and associate those problems to cycle time and product cost. GE Aviation's pilot program has expanded to evaluate the use of the standard in improving production efficiency and machine utilization.

There are many more great presentations waiting for you at the 2010 Tech Forum. Don't wait. Register today!
